Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

1. Purpose of the application

Welcome to StreamChip, a platform that facilitates the management of subscription sharing for video and music streaming services. StreamChip allows multiple users to team up and share subscription costs while respecting the terms of service of each provider. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (TCSU), which we encourage you to read carefully.

2. Acceptance of the TCSU

Use of StreamChip's services is subject to full acceptance of these TCSU. By accessing or using our service, you unreservedly agree to the rules defined below. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

3. Access to and use of the services

3.1 Service access

The user agrees to use the StreamChip platform in accordance with these TCSU and the conditions of the streaming services they subscribe to. Each user is responsible for their login credentials and agrees to keep them confidential.

3.2 One stream per paid slot

It is strictly forbidden for a user to consume more than one video or music stream simultaneously per paid slot. Each user is responsible for using their stream in accordance with the usage rights of the subscription sharing service. Any attempt to use multiple streams per slot may result in suspension or termination without compensation.

3.3 Tampering with shared accounts

Users are not allowed to modify sensitive information of accounts they have access to, such as:

  • The profile of other users of the shared service,
  • Payment information,
  • The password,
  • Any other element that may compromise proper service use or continuity.

Any unauthorized attempt to modify such information will be considered a violation of these TCSU and may result in sanctions.

4. Behavior and appropriate use

4.1 Prohibition of malicious behavior

Users agree not to use the subscription sharing services to contact or interact with other users in a malicious, fraudulent, or unlawful manner. Any attempt at harassment, intimidation, or identity theft will be sanctioned.

4.2 Respect for intellectual property

Users agree to respect the intellectual property rights of streaming service providers. Any use of services via StreamChip for counterfeiting, unauthorized copying, or any other intellectual property violation is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action and immediate account termination.

5. Suspension and account termination

StreamChip reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in case of violation of these TCSU. This may result in:

  • Loss of access to services,
  • Permanent ban from the platform,
  • Loss of funds for the current subscription sharing period.

No refund requests will be accepted in such cases.

6. Payment and cancellation

6.1 Payment terms

Payments for subscription sharing are made monthly through the StreamChip platform. Users agree to respect the payment deadlines set at registration.

6.2 Cancellation by the user

Users may cancel their subscription sharing at any time for the following month, respecting the cancellation deadlines available in their user space. However, no refunds will be issued for the current month.

7. Liability

StreamChip cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use of streaming services or breach of these TCSU. The user is solely responsible for their actions and their consequences.

8. Personal data

StreamChip is committed to respecting the confidentiality of users' personal data in accordance with applicable regulations, including the GDPR. Collected data is used solely for managing subscription sharing and will never be shared without explicit consent.

9. Modifications to the TCSU

StreamChip reserves the right to modify these TCSU at any time. Users will be informed of changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Final provision

Any breach of these TCSU may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the StreamChip platform, as well as the loss of funds for the current subscription sharing month. We encourage you to follow these terms to enjoy the best possible experience.
