1. Description of Services Provided

The StreamChip application aims to facilitate the management and sharing of subscriptions among multiple users. StreamChip strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held liable for any omissions, inaccuracies, or failures to update, whether due to its own actions or those of partner third parties providing the information.

2. Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting

StreamChip owns the intellectual property rights or holds the usage rights for all content accessible through the application, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation—whether in full or in part—of elements from the application, regardless of the method or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorization. Any unauthorized use of the application or any of its content will be considered as counterfeiting and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

3. Limitation of Liability

StreamChip shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the user's device when accessing the application. Users agree to access the application using up-to-date devices free of viruses and with a modern, updated browser. StreamChip shall also not be held liable for any indirect damages (such as loss of business or missed opportunities) resulting from the use of the application.

4. Handling of Personal Data

StreamChip is committed to protecting the confidentiality of users’ personal data in accordance with applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information collected through forms in the application is intended solely for StreamChip and will never be sold or transferred to third parties without the user’s explicit consent.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended and the GDPR, users have the right to access, rectify, oppose, delete, and transfer their data. To exercise these rights, users may send a message to client@streamchip.fr.

5. Hyperlinks and Cookies

The StreamChip application contains a number of hyperlinks to other websites. However, StreamChip does not have the ability to verify the content of these external sites and accepts no liability in this regard. Browsing the StreamChip application may result in cookies being installed on the user’s device. Users may refuse these cookies by configuring their browser settings accordingly.
