At StreamChip, we are committed to delivering a quality service and ensuring the proper management of subscription sharing. However, we understand that technical issues may arise. Below is our refund policy for such cases:

1. Eligible cases for refund

A refund may be requested if a subscription sharing service does not work, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The issue was reported to our customer support team.
  • We were unable to offer a functional replacement within 48 hours of being notified.

In such a case, you will be eligible for a full refund for the affected subscription sharing period.

2. Refund timeline

Once your refund request has been approved, the payment will be processed within 48 hours. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your original transaction.

3. Exclusions from refund eligibility

No refund will be granted in the following cases:

  • If you violate the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (TCSU) of StreamChip, especially through improper or fraudulent use of subscription sharing.
  • If the issue reported is due to a breach of the streaming service’s terms of use.

We encourage you to follow the TCSU carefully to avoid account suspension or loss of refund eligibility.
